as in the title forgot about my free trial and was charge if i remeber correctly sum like 90 bucks, im a student and thats alot of money to me so i contacted support and asked for a refund but what do you know theres no refund. all the bullshit reviews saying they got a refund are fake. horrible service didnt even use the free trial cause its a shit website. burneds 90 bucks for nothing

Ending your subscription won't actually end it. I decided to cancel mine on the second day of the trial since I figured it wouldn't fit what I needed. They even wanted to know my reason for canceling. Yet here I am, getting charged for a full year. Seriously, steer clear of this.

Today, I received several emails regarding a subscription I’ve never even thought about purchasing. The initial email mentioned a payment cancellation because it didn’t process. The next one claimed it was successful with a card I don’t know. Upon seeing these messages, I quickly canceled the subscription. I reached out to Brainly, only to get the same response that everyone else seems to be getting.

I just noticed a charge for a trial that was supposed to wrap up yesterday. The thing is, my email isn’t linked to any account with them. It’s honestly pretty absurd. I reckon they must have snagged my debit card info from another user, 'cause I don’t even have a Brainly account to start with!!

"An incredibly annoying situation"
I've been attempting to reach out to this company ever since I noticed the $39 charge. I don’t have an account and can't seem to cancel anything. I've asked for a refund multiple times. I also tried calling the number listed on my bank statement. The customer service is just terrible. How are you supposed to follow the refund policy when you can’t get a reply? I'm really at my breaking point with this.

"Feedback on Their Customer Support"
I'm writing this review about their customer support. Three weeks ago, I reached out to Brainly to ask for a refund (according to their policy, if you ask within 7 days of being billed for an annual subscription, you can get your cash back) and I haven't received any response from them whatsoever. I can't seem to locate a phone number to speak with someone, and I’m unable to get a chat with a live representative. Regarding the actual website, I can't say how useful it is since I’ve never given it a try.
